You can absolutely do this. Here's how it works:

Choose an item and create your design.
Next, click Add to Cart.
Once in your cart, click the "Copy Design" button. This will take you back to the Design Center.
Next, click the 'Switch Item' tab, and choose another product. Make any adjustments to the size and location of your design.
Click Add to Cart again, and you're all finished!
