Yes! We offer purchase orders to be used for schools only

Just follow these steps:

  1. Create an account on our website using an email address and password.
  2. Then contact us! We will ask for the email address associated with your account to authorize that account which will allow you to place orders using a School purchase order.
  3. Sign in to this account and create your designs. If you like, you can click on the Save button in the Design Center and save your design for future use. Or, you can go ahead and add the design to your Cart and continue with the checkout process.
  4. On the checkout page, choose "I have a School Purchase Order" and enter your PO number in the box. Please use your school's information in the billing section.
  5. In the Special Instructions please include the name and contact phone number of who to call if we have any future questions regarding your order. Often the billing information is different from the contact information.
  6. Complete the checkout process. This will generate an order number.
  7. You will then need to send us your signed School PO, a scanned copy can be emailed to customizedgirl@eretailing.com.

*Please note, orders will not proceed with processing until the PO is received.

One business day will be added to your Shipment Received Date to account for each additional business day between the time your order is placed and when the emailed Purchase Order is received.

     8. Your order will be invoiced upon shipment.

Once you have an authorized account, you can continue to use School POs without needing to contact us first. You will need to email your PO for each new order.
