Currently, we do not offer a sales tax exemption at the time of sale.
Email or fax (614-334-0185) a copy your sales tax exemption certificate from your state (the ship to state) or 501c3 certificate stating you are a charitable organization with the subject Tax Exempt. The name/organization on the billing address must match the name on the paperwork. Your order number must be included.
Once your tax information is received, a refund will be issued for the taxes if the order meets the requirements for tax exemption.
