Returns and exchanges we offer a 40-day window from date of purchase
Returns and Exchanges:
Shipments under $75 in value- we can process returns and exchanges without asking for these items to be returned to us. We ask for the buyer to donate their items to a local charity of their choosing if possible after providing the customer with their exchange order or refund. The items do not need to be returned to us.
Shipments OVER $75 - we ask for the items to be donated to a local charity of their choice before proceeding with the return refund, or replacement exchange order. We ask the customer to provide us with a photo of a donation receipt from the charity of their choice. These receipts are typically generic, hand written that just state how many of an item and what item has been donated.
