Refunds may be applied without hesitancy for items that are damaged, incorrect, or lost/not received. Larger refunds please confirm with your supervisor before processing $75 and up in value. Please request photos of incorrect items or damaged items prior to refunds. For damaged items or incorrect items, we can provide these photos to our shipping partners for credits or replacements at no charge.
Amazon and Etsy orders can only be processed a refund through their site.

Refund Steps
- Select Payment Actions
- Select "Refund" to refund order or partial or select "Refund Full Order" for a full refund
- After selecting "Refund" you will be taken to the Refund an Order page. Select Next Step, the site will never change from HUMAN
- On this page you will see all skus on your order. Here you can select which SKU you wish to refund, refund a shipping charge, tax (if applicable), or manually type the refund amount into the field "Final Amount To Refund". After selecting the desired options, select submit
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days in the US to post back to the original method of payment
International can take up to 8-10 business days.
